Founded on March 10, 2022, in Bangladesh, Goods Groves specializes in creating high-quality handmade polymer clay earrings. Our products are handcrafted in our Dhaka studio and shipped directly to customers in the USA. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service, reliable shipping, and a hassle-free returns process.


Returns

Goods Groves accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Products must be in new and unused condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items should be shipped via mail to the address provided by our support team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for new and unused items.
