A: All our products are handcrafted in Bangladesh. We ship directly from our studio in Dhaka to customers in the USA, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

A: All orders are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. While standard packaging is provided, special gift wrapping options may be offered during holiday seasons.

A: Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
